Who is responsible for your information?

Better Hosted is a founder-led service created by Stanislava Nikolova. For website enquiries, Stanislava is responsible for deciding how the information you provide is used.

What information may be collected?

If you send an enquiry, this may include your name, email address, company or portfolio name, number of properties and the message you choose to send.

Why is it used?

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand whether Better Hosted may be a suitable fit, prepare a relevant proposal and take steps you ask for before any potential service relationship.

Who receives it?

Your enquiry information is not sold to advertisers. Website hosting and form submissions are processed through Netlify, and business email is provided through Google Workspace. These providers may process information on Better Hosted’s behalf in order to deliver those services.

How long is it kept?

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask about the personal information held in relation to your enquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Use the contact page to make a privacy request.

Cookies and analytics

The launch version of the website is intended to operate without advertising trackers. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added later, this notice and the site controls should be updated before they are activated.
