WHY I CREATED BETTER HOSTED

Hi, I’m Stanislava — although most of my UK guests and colleagues know me as Stacey.

I created Better Hosted after years of working across hospitality, customer support and operations, including hands-on experience supporting UK serviced accommodation and post-booking guest journeys.

Working inside other businesses gave me a close view of what makes a stay run well — and what happens when communication and operational follow-through start to break down.

I kept seeing the same issues repeated: guest messages becoming too generic or impersonal, cleaner problems noticed too late, maintenance issues passed from one person to another, and small situations becoming bigger simply because nobody truly owned the follow-up.

That is why I built Better Hosted: a founder-led service combining structured operational coordination with genuinely human guest communication.

As Better Hosted launches, I’ll work directly with each early client — learning the properties, processes and standards behind the operation.
